Shipping and Returns

Refund policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure the highest level of quality. Please inspect your items when you receive them as we do not accept returns unless your item is deemed faulty, have been incorrectly described or are different to the items you have ordered.

Returns will not be accepted on any item damaged by you, altered item or if you simply change your mind. Returned items must be unused in their original condition with the tag still attached and in original packaging.  If an item is defective or faulty a claim must be made by email within 3 days of receipt of the item, any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.

Returns freight:
It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and we strongly recommend the item be sent back via registered post or courier as we take no responsibility for the loss of returned items in transit.

Sale items:
We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs.

Colour variations:
Please note colours are represented as close as possible on our online store, please keep in mind colours may vary on computer screens.                   

Shipping: We currently ship within Australia only. Please contact us directly for shipping to other countries. Shipping costs will appear at checkout.
