How do I know what size to order?

Place a tape measure around your head where

you would normally wear your hat,

(across your forehead and just above your ears).

The tape needs to be firm, but not tight.

How do I care for my hat?

Millinery and head-wear can be delicate and require some special attention for it to remain in peak condition.

Hats are best stored upside down on their crown in a hat box.

Use crumbled tissue paper to support the brim.

Always handle your hat by the brim. Excessive handling of the crown may lead to cracking of the straw.

Some straw hats may shrink if they become wet.

Avoid leaving head-wear in hot cars as extreme heat may cause the headpiece to lose shape.

If your hat loses shape it may be steamed using your kettle and reshaped gently.

Flat brims can be gently ironed to maintain shape.

Marks on your hat may be removed by using “baby wipes”.

Felt hats which are marked, are best brushed with a suede or clothes brush and try to brush out the mark.

Can I return my hat?

Please choose carefully as refunds are NOT available if you change your mind. A refund will only be considered if the goods are faulty (unless caused by you), has not been described correctly or different to the goods you ordered. Contact Hat Ensemble within 3 days of receiving the goods to discuss a return. If you would like further photos or information about a product before 

purchasing please contact Hat Ensemble.

Hat Ensemble is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
